CEO & Co-Founder
Ram is a finance-to-technology professional with nearly 14 years of experience across global financial institutions, tech firms, and startups. He began in core finance roles like Treasury Manager and Equity Trader at organizations including Lehman Brothers, Nomura Holdings, and Temasek-group companies, before transitioning into technology. For the past seven years, he's worked across consulting, project and product management, and product leadership—bringing structured clarity to complex, fast-moving systems, the foundation behind VoxArc.
CTO & Co-Founder
Alan is a globally experienced creative technologist and founder with over 25 years in digital media, education, and emerging tech. He holds a Master's in Ed Tech from USQ - Australia and sits on the Board of Governors at Canadore College, contributing to innovation in higher education. He is also Executive Strategic Partner at Mascotte.AI, helping develop enterprise-grade digital humans for real-time, branded engagement. His early work includes founding Seneca College's Digital Media Centre, now Canada's renowned Animation Arts Program. Currently, he is the architect of the core AI engine at VoxArc, translating complex policy into actionable insight.
